- Strong supportive management all the way up to the state director. If I have ever needed help or assistance the management team is always a phone call away and ready to help.
- Amazing team and office environment. Everyone is incredibly positive and truly enjoy working together to helping each other succeed.
- No ceiling or favoritism. If you want to grow and development within the company the door is always open. 
- No limits or holds on your financial freedom. You are compensated directly in correspondence to the efforts you put into your career. No one can hold you back from reaching whatever goals you wish to attain.
 
Cons:
- This job is not for everyone. Every individual who has worked for this company long term would agree with this statement.

First and foremost, it is very rewarding to know what you do truly matters, and will make a significant impact on others when they need it the most. American Income has provided quality/affordable benefits to the working class of our country since 1951! Secondly, for those with an entrepreneurial spirit, it can be difficult to find an opportunity that provides the chance to hit the ground running, without needing a significant amount of up-front capital; however, AIL provides exactly that chance. Finally, working with someone like Robert Smith, the owner of the agency here in Rockville, has truly made a difference to me, in my career. His passion for doing what’s right for the families that we work with, for doing whatever it takes to help those working for him, and for continued success/growth is exciting/contagious. 
I would highly recommend the benefits for any working family, and the career for anyone who wants more than the typical 9-5!
