Both of the key fobs to my 2012 Honda Odyssey were falling apart and after going to a dealership and doing extensive research online about getting replacement keys, I decided to go with the crew at American Lock and Key. My experience began with a phone call when I asked them what I was looking for and if they could help me out. I was informed they could indeed assist me and after ordering the specific parts I needed they gave me a phone call and I drove out to their shop to have them cut my new vehicle keys. I was in the shop less than ten minutes and was met with the nicest, most courteous staff one could hope to expect from any business in today's world. Competence. Courtesy. Professionalism. And above all...fair pricing!! I got TWO replacement vehicle fobs and the combined cost was far less than what the dealership quoted me for ONE key fob! I mean, it wasn't even close! Do yourself a favor and NEVER go to a car dealership again, instead give your business to the folks at American Lock and Key to service all your vehicle replacement key needs!

Very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The Wilson brothers able to assist me to make some assorted padlock key copies and figure out how to get a cam lock working again on a old toolbox lock. They seem to be great at all your lock and key needs.

I have to say, the service I got was excellent and near heavensent. My Nissan was looking to be hell on earth to get fixed, with half the key being jammed deep in the ignition, and the other half severed off. I took it to another locksmith earlier, who gave up on it, and suggested I get the expensive "gut the ignition" route. Thankfully for me, I called American, because John was able to get it out and replicate the key with a pretty flimsy template. I hope never to have to call a locksmith for the same situation again, but I will forever keep referring people you guys, if the situation occurs.
