I contacted Irene about making a wedding cake for my destination wedding in Santa Fe.  She was great to work with, very responsive, and did everything she promised.  The cake was delicious and looked just like, if not better, than the photo I sent her.  I also ordered the Mexican wedding cookies, and they were delectable also.  Highly recommend!

We LOVED our wedding cake from American Pie Bakery. Working with Irene was a breeze. She took our ideas and vision and created a delicious and beautiful cake that was exactly what we wanted. Perfect!

Irene with American Pie Bakery is amazing! She made all of our wishes for our wedding come true. Everything was extremely delicious! The quality of her work is incredible. We did a dessert table and everything looked and tasted wonderful. I highly recommend her!

We were beginning to think we weren't going to find our wedding cake until we met Irene. We knew immediately that she understood us and our vision. We just clicked! We love her! Working with her was a dream. We had a welcome reception the night before the wedding, for which she made cookies to go in the gift bags and amazing cupcakes. Besides making these killer cupcakes, she helped me design the cupcake station and then set it all so that all I had to do was deliver the decorations. She had relationships with the venue and was able to get in early and set everything up. I wish I had a good picture of the cupcake table because it was stunning. She also made the wedding cake exactly to fit my daughter's Mexican-folk art themed wedding. I just can't say enough about how wonderful and professional Irene is, how delicious her creations are and how much she contributed to making my daughter's dream wedding come true.

I reached out to Irene to request a custom cake for a customer event that I was hosting. Despite the short window, she created a beautiful cake that was creatively designed and tasted amazing. Irene was wonderful to work with throughout, making sure that she fully understood what I was trying to create, and even met me at the bakery on a day when she typically would not have been working. She went way beyond expectations.

American Pie Bakery is absolutely my go-to bakery in Santa Fe, and I would recommend Irene to anyone looking for same.
