The dining area is a little small but cozy. The service is great and the food is delicious. Coffee is organic which I did not taste the difference. They also have great desserts to go.

STAY AWAY FROM CHOCOLATE MAVEN! Their management is awful and the company does not value good customer service. My husband and I had the best cake tasting here, but after that it was all downhill. I had to contact them (over 2 months before my wedding) to get the invoice which I was promised a week after my tasting which was in March. When I tried to pay, I left multiple messages with the company for over a month trying to pay my balance, but if you leave a message they take forever to get back to you. Then the day of my wedding THE ENTIRE flavor was wrong in all 3 layers of the cake! I contacted them a few weeks later and was told I would be issued a full refund by the baker but apparently she was “misinformed”as management put it and they would not be refunding my money and that I was wrong and the cake they made was the correct flavor. My wedding was September 8th and after multiple calls and emails which were unreturned, I was finally able to get back some of my money. I guess they don’t understand the saying “the customer is always right.” I had someone else I know have a similar experience and she was told she was wrong as well. I would definitely go to another bakery for your wedding day!!!

I love this place I have been coming to the Maven daily for my coffee.. but recently there has been a woman in Pink framed glasses working the front counter and I don't mean to be rude be she is absolutely worthless. I usually see the Maven working like a well oiled machine but every time I go in and shes there. I am personally going behind the counter to get regular coffee and bring it to the coffee area because it is not there or there is no cream and the what not. The Wait staff is exceptional and is always taking care of the front area as well as there tables. Just a long time customer and taking notice. Today she was cleaning out her wallet at the cash register or something like that. I have heard her say when the wait staff say there is no coffee or something needs to be restocked remind her and all she comes back with is its so busy. And I look around and no one is there. By bosses go in for Mochas and now they stopped going there because they have expressed if they see her there they don't order anything they just leave. because of the crappy job she is doing making them. I hate leaving such a negative review but Like I said she is a wrench in your gears. And the Wait staff is incredible practically doing her job for her.

Great place. We had a great brunch & I bought great sour dough bread & terrific blueberry pie. Best bakery in Santa Fe for sure.
