I'm happy with the location and the access. I just hate the spiders and other creatures that can't be kept out of my unit. I believe it's because they're an older facility. Other than that its awesome. The grounds keeper really went out of his/her way this winter during the freezes and I did appreciate that.

Will never use this storage facility again. Initially thought Collyn was nice professional and awesome at caring for tenants. I went back to remove my things from storage 5 days late and asked about the charge. Instead of explain Mr Goddard yelled for me to get the hell out of his office. I was not rude loud of irritated. I was very alarmed and caught off guard. He even threaten to call the cops on me. I told him to please do that because I've done nothing wrong just asked a question. I walk out and go over my paperwork and he charged me 110.00 without my knowledge I came to pay off my storage and move not to be harrassed yelled at and belittled because COLLYN GODDARD would not explain why he charges this amount. I will contact the main office and uhaul.

Collyn always knows who I am and is very respectful and naturally gives great customer service. This is a GREAT place to store your stuff!!

the current manager  has shown to be amicable and professional in my dealings with him. I really enjoyed meeting him and made me feel that my storage are safe
