They do not go by lease. Very rude management that likes to argue with customers.
When i signed lease with them in the lease it states under move out that if you cant move out by first to let them know at least 7 days in advance and in some cases they will allow a little more time to move out. I notified them of the plan to move out by jan 1 st and was told i didnt notify them. Also informed them because of holidays i need a few more days of move out and they okd it and i was informed i would be charged $5 each day and i agreed .on the 2 nd went to move all but a car load of items as it got dark and couldnt see. I called and spoke with manager to let her know i would be coming by after 6 to finish the move and clean unit she informed me i was locked out and i now owe full $82 rent. She was very rude and treated me like a child and hung up on me. Ive had this unit for over a yr and will never use them or refer them again!!

Outside of the spider webs I love the value for the size of the unit.
