Horrible experience and horrible service. I work 9 30 to 6 Monday thru Friday so I couldn't come pay in person until Saturday. I didn't want my payment to be any later, so when I called Wednesday September. 7th and spoke to the lady who rented me the unit and she told me I could drop a money order in their night drop box so I did that night. I went today and tried to get into my storage and I was still locked out. So I went in the office and the other manager the woman's husband told me they didn't get my payment. I showed himthe stub from the money order and he said that didn't prove anything. He was really rude and told me he didn't believe I put my payment in the drop box. I asked if they had a camera showing I came up there and he said they didn't have one.  What kind of place has individual alarms for every unit but not one camera on the entrance. I will make my payment again after I get paid monday and I will be moving my stuff somewhere else. They just lost this customer. Would not recommend them to anyone. Now I'm out 42 dollars and have to file a claim on the money order and wait to get my money back.
