I have a friend who has a storage unit here and he had a high value personal item stolen from the unit. They did not notify him that his storage unit was broken into and he did not know about it until he went there himself and noticed a few things out of place. He reported it and they let him know they would try to find the person and his belongings that got stolen. He never heard back from them. To make sure his unit was not broken into again they suggested he put a more secure lock on and to extra prevent another brake in they put their own lock on the unit. 

Later on my friend moved away and he sent me a lock to put on it. He also wanted me to check something in the unit. I went to his storage unit and they still had their lock on the it so my friend called them everyday for the next week to take the lock off and the lock was never take off. So finally I got tired of going out there and not being able to get in it so I called the office and told them I was going to be there in a few hours to get into the unit so they could have the lock off for sure by then. The girl on the phone assured me that in the notes on the comyer the lock was taken off. 

I went there and the lock was still on so I went to the office to ask for a key or something because by then I was super frustrated that I could not get to the things I needed in the unit. When I walked into the office there was a girl there that was talking on the phone with her mom about some vacation plans or something. I had to wait 5 minutes for her to get off the phone with her mom so she help me. When that finally happened she handed me the key ring with her personal keys on it including her car keys and told me I could take the lock off myself and to make sure I brought the key and the lock back to her in the office. So I ended up doing her job and taking the lock off myself. When I took the key and the lock back to the office the girl was on her cell phone again with her mom talking about her vacation plans and as I handed them back I asked her why the lock was not taken off when in the notes on the computer it said that it was. She sneered back to me and said, "It's not a big deal!" and then went back to talking on the phone. I walked out to my car and just about went back in and told her it was a big deal because I needed to get into the storage unit way earlier than I did and because I had to come out and do her job for her. I was so mad and frustrated that she did not treat me well. 

THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This happened quite a few months ago and even now thinking about it makes me still so frustrated. 

Also another thing, my friend was paying with his credit card for several months and then all of a sudden they raised the price and did not tell him why. He called them and asked them what was going on and why the price all of a sudden got raised. They lowered his price back down to what he was paying and then 2 months later they raised it back up. They came up with the excuse that he was paying with his credit card and there was an extra fee with that which he had been paying with it the whole time.

Never had a problem. They reached out to me whenever they had a question, before doing anything. They offer military & mission discounts.

All of our things got covered in a thick layer of dirt. We tried to contact them multiple times about it to see if there was a way we could prevent it from happening more, but they would not respond to us.
