This place is really good, got immediately after calling. Storage lockers are secure and clean, and the gate with your own personal code is very nice to have. Owner very pleasant to work with and takes care of any problems immediately. Nicest lockers within a few mile radius of byui.

I absolutely loved using this place! As long as you've got the brains to recognize that the kiosk is broken and you need to call the number listed on Google, you'll be fine.

PRO
-Everything can be done over the phone and email
-Just takes one call to do automatic payment

CON
-The gate doesn't close. You'll never have to remember the code, but buy a sturdy lock
-You have to specifically call to set up auto pay, there's no box to tick when you first sign up

I really wanted to use their service for my storage needs because I think their business model and 24/7 access is great, but when I tried to use the kiosk I couldn't even see the screen. It was mid-afternoon on an overcast day so it wasn't even too bright out. I couldn't get through the menu to get a unit, so I chose another company. 

If their kiosk worked I'd use them.
