I am beside myself of the resolution presented to me after months of attempting to get my sofa repaired. It originally ripped in 3 small areas after just a couple of months of purchase. I called the store and they sent out a technician who stated it is not covered by the store but by your warranty. I proceeded to call and start a claim when an agent refused to assist me due to it was store who needed to take this claim on. I had to asked for a Supervisor in order to even start my claim. I waited two weeks as I was told and called to check the status of my claim and oops my claim apparently got lost somehow and nothing had been done. A technician came out about two weeks later and stated the sofa needed to have the pieces where the rips are replaced and to call in two weeks. Two weeks is today and truly can't believe what Monica's response was. Basically the pieces are in the warehouse but the processing team decided that it would be more cost efficient if they do not proceed with replacing them and offered to have the sofa replaced completely. I would have to wait till tomorrow and go to the store myself and pick out the same or equivalent sofa go through the process or purchasing all over again. I work for a fortune 500 company that employs 250,000 employees in the states alone. I promise that everyone will know my story and so will local news media, social media and emails are going out to respective parties that need to be aware of this company's unethical practices. Thank you.

While I am happy with the actual furniture, the service I was provided is completely unacceptable. I purchased a new living room set before Christmas and was told that the furniture would be delivered on CHRISTMAS Eve. I made it clear to my salesman that I had plans and the furniture needed to be delivered in the morning. He said no problem and even said that the latest would be 5:00 because they closed. Based on his assurance, i agreed to delivery on CHRISTMAS Eve. My husband and I were stuck at home waiting. The tracking system kept changing times constantly to the point wedding want to leave in fear of the delivery arriving. I do ally got a call at 7:00 pm that the furniture was on its way. 7:00 pm!!!!!!! Our entire family was gathered together, waiting on us. We were extremely disappointed with the service. Before the store closed at 5pm, we called the store and were told there was nothing they could so for us but if we wanted to cancel the order, we could. So much for customer assistance and helping the customer. Really disappointed in the service they provided us and in the salesman saying whatever to close the deal.

Terrible service, and quality of furniture is very low. Purchased a sectional and it's already cranking and peeling. Paid for furniture protection and now they say it doesn't cover for cracking and peeling. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I bought a table with four chairs on November 26, 2017, the date for which they were available to pick them up was December 23, 2017, the idea of ​​paying something and having it a month later I did not like it very much but it was the table that I I liked it and although I needed it urgently because I did not have anywhere to sit down to eat, I decided that I would wait for it. A few days before December 23, I received a call telling me that the table and chairs would not be available for that day, that they would be available by December 26. That day they were not available to pick them up and we agreed that I was going to pick them up on January 6, 2018. That day I called the store early to be sure that my order was ready and they said yes, I could go and look for it before 8 p.m. So I went and rented a U-HAUL and went to the store to pick up my order one month and 10 days after I paid it but I was happy because at last I was going to have it. To my surprise they did not have my order ready, in fact they did not even know when they could have it ready, I left very annoyed and disappointed of having to wait for something so long and in the end not being able to have it, besides that I do not understand the fact by the which they told me was already there if it was not true, who will pay me the money I spent on the U-HAUL and also for my lost time and the bad information I received. This is the last place I would recommend to someone in fact I will never again buy something there.

Worst furniture store in the world! Run away.. Let me share my story. I purchased a bonded leather sectional at this store a couple of years ago. At the time of the purchase I was pushed into buying a protective coat treatment for the sofas ($100.00) and even more pushed to buy a warranty which was over a $100.00 too. One year later the sofas started chipping and peeling. When I called the warranty providers I was told that chipping and peeling wasn't covered under the warranty, and that the warranty was only for accidental damage ( which was not what the salesperson had told me when he pushed me to buy the warranty). Then i proceeded to tell them that I also had an accidental tear on the back of the sofa, and to my dismay the lady put me on hold for 20 minutes, just to come back to tell me that her supervisor had told her that because I mentioned the tear after I had mentioned the first complaint, the tear was considered am "ADD-ON" and my warranty didn't covered add ons??? I called American Signature and kept being transferred and ignored by the 3 people I talked to, including a supervisor. They promised that their corporate headquarters would contact me, but one year later.....and I am still waiting for that call. The same thing happened to a friend of mine, who had to buy a new living room se a year later after she bought one at American Signature. This time, of course not there, She went to Rooms to go, which is where I am going to purchase my new hopefully more durable than One Year dinning room set!
