Worked with Carlos. I told him a vague idea of what i needed and he was patient enough to show me around the whole store to see all my options. He measured everything out for me to verify that it fit and showed me all the colors that were available for the different sofas. Going back for more furniture later once I know what I need. Carlos also got me in contact with the decorator associated with the store and she is very kind and open to giving ideas and talking about the best options for my home. Great experience overall with A friendly and welcoming staff.

Great customer service. We went to the store looking for a bedding set and the representative helped us, gave us pricing and guided us through. What i love about this place is that nobody is trying to push you to purchase and it is not an stressful experience.

Awesome customer service. Ms. Christina Correa was very courteous and helpful in assisting us with our selection and purchase. We will definitely buy from this store again!

Bought an adjustable base. After a month, my spouse and I could not compromise on the angle settings. Called the store and spoke with Manager. Explained situation and requested to exchange for an upgrade to a split King adjustable base. Obviously this was in their favor since i was not only going to spend more, I was willing to pay for restocking fees. They refused to accept my return and not willing to work with me. Poor service!!!

Awesome customer service, friendly environment and the prices are the best, they even price match if you find the pieces somewhere else cheaper, and on top of that you get $50 on a visa card.. quality is priceless on oak and pine furniture
