We have bought most of our home furnishings from American Signature. We just recently purchased a living room set. There was a minor problem with the ottoman the manager Jason went above and beyond to take care of it and make sure we were happy and we are. I would definitely recommend this location for your home furnishing needs. Also they have a large scratch and dent area where you can get some really great deals

Worst experience ever!! I wouldn't go back. Please don't waste your money and time here don't go to this store. I was there on Saturday and made a purchase which it was suppose to be delivery by Wednesday between 7:30 and 9:30a.m. On Tuesday I got a called confirming my order for Wednesday and they let me know an entertainment table I got was going to be delivery on Thursday which I agreed I didn't see any problem with it. Here is where the nightmare started. Wednesday morning arrived I called out from work so I can wait for the delivery. Surprise it never arrived, I contacted the customer service and they told me my delivery was in his way, they put me on hold, then they came back and said my delivery was delivered and sign by a person name Paris, I was put on hold and then they told me my delivery was re scheduled for Thursday with any notification. Thursday arrived the delivery guy was at my house at 10 am mess up my stairs that was recently redone because they were in a rush, but to my surprise the entertainment table was missing, the delivery guy said I got to go sign the table might be in another truck coming to you. I called again to the call center which they are no help. They marked the table was delivered to me,but the table is on back order till next week. When I said I want to cancel my order and I want my money back they said I have to wait for them to cut me a check? A check? I didn't paid with a check. They said they will come and pick up the items they were gonna call me to set up a pick up time, didn't happen no one called me but the driver when he was 10 mins away from my house. I said I wasn't home I was out buying furniture from a serious business and he said they never told him he was supposed to call, a few minutes later I get a call from the "manager" saying he was expecting me to be home all day since I took the day off from work, so he didn't see the necessity of calling first. Seriously? These people in the call center are a joke. I will never EVER will do business with them.

Great place but they didn't have any of the displays beds that I liked.

I had purchased an item at the University store I had an issue with the warranty department so I went into the store and the customer service department and the store manager made thing right. I highly recommend this store they know how to take care of their customers.

This was our first time at this location. I think it might be the last one too. Terrible experience. As soon as we walked in, a salesperson(which I choose not to reveal who it is) came to "greet us". Well, we were very clear that we were there just looking around and were not interested in having anyone help us. I told him that I would look for him should I have any questions. So as we began walking around to see the furniture we spot this guy creeping up on us from distance looking to find out what we are looking at. With every turn, we spot him somewhere looking straight at us. Then, the inevitable, he shows up to ask if we wanted any help. At that point, we were very uncomfortable. Not only was this person following us in a sneaky way but he was insistently trying to talk with us when we made it clear that we would be the ones looking for him. Not the other way around. Then...the inevitable..he comes around to ask us if we have any questions. So my wife finally asks him a question to try to break the ice and make things a bit more comfortable. Things got weirder. He seemed to be more interested in how much we were going to spend than anything else. When we gave him no figure, he began trying to push for something around 1500 bucks. As we walked around with this creep, my 3-year-old daughter falls behind the mattress. He turns at my wife and says: "OK mom, you need to watch your daughter". That was it. We quit on him. My wife left in tears because you don't say that to a mom. We start to walk away. Then he says: "That is it?". Really? How rude. We left. Terrible, terrible and terrible way to treat customers. I have nothing else to say except that you guys do not deserve the 1 star I gave you here. I had to do that in order to be able to leave this review.
