"Nah won't be in stock for at least a month, they're redoing this section and won't have it back" so you can't do anything? it wont be in stock, i cant give you my money? "Nope they're redoing it" there's some serious lacks in logic in the way home depot does things. Didn't even offer to try to get me the product, and didn't even have the item properly hung on the shelf it was just on the ground somewhere nearby.

A huge store with nearly everything! It took me around an hour to find a single product, but the home depot app is convenient for locating items. The staff really seem to be its main downfall. The two employees I dealt with were not too friendly and they didn't seem very happy to answer my basic questions. When I asked about a box of flooring, I was told aggressively "you need to order that." She acted like I was a total idiot for not knowing their inventory. Afterwards, she warmed up a little. The cashier was also short and not so welcoming. I have visited other home depot stores and they begged to help--here, you have to really chase assistance down. For a store of this size, that's an inconvenience. Otherwise, I found everything alright and I got exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price.

What a great experience. Greeted at the door very friendly. Needed to know where I needed to go and she knew exactly the aisle I needed period as it's Christmas I suddenly saw things I wanted that I didn't plan on getting and since the cards were outside and I meant I would have to walk back out to get them. I am disabled and walking is difficult. The greater said wait right here and ran and got me one. I then found a awesome Star Wars light for Christmas that I knew my son and his wife and Light I asked an employee who is deeply engaged in trying to solve some paperwork and she stopped immediately pleasantly and said that would be no problem and took care of it without any sort of negative remark attitude or anything in fact she was extremely Pleasant and wished me a happy shopping experience from there I then went around the store collecting things that I thought I would want. I was in desperate need of the one item I came for an air filter for my AC. I came to the Home Depot because everywhere I was going they wanted 12:15 and $20 for a cheap o air filter which is ridiculous. This is when Bob Fry came into my life. I explained that all an air filter needed to do for me was stop dog hair and stuff from getting into my system I didn't need one that would find a cure for HIV or anything. Immediately took me over to a sign see picture and showed it to me that there are different levels. I said I just want the cheapest easiest one period but took me two and three pack for $8 and I wanted to hug him. Bob was extremely Pleasant and helpful and understanding and listened carefully to my needs and then after the air filter asked me was there anything else he could help me with. I asked if he would mind if I used his name he said no and I've decided that at that moment Bob Fry going to be a part of my review. The line at the checkout took a little while not so much because of the person ring it up but because of the customer. Unfortunately the Home Depot did not open additional lines at that time to cope with the backup. Once it was my turn to be rung up I was met by a very friendly engaging employee who was actually very very kind and still in a very good mood despite what she had just gone through. She checked out my stuff quickly and took care of everything and before I knew it I was on my way. I noted at that point to that the store cleanliness had been excellent all the way through that the employees had been engaging and helpful and that my cart did not have crummy Wheels. I would definitely recommend this place to someone. They have an infinite amount of cool things here I could go broke and a heartbeat. I had a lot of fun at the store.

The staff rocks it! They are Beyond helpful, and never act bothered when you have a question. They're always willing to help and take you directly to where you need to be rather than saying isle 12....
