Third year of winter auto storage.  100% satisfied.  Owner courtesy and support and responsiveness is superior.  Really appreciate the augmented security.  For my own needs, access to electricity for auto battery maintenance would be great for a reasonable charge.  Thanks for great service!  Rick Hulbert

24/7 Electronic Gate Access and location was convenient. Like that the area all around the storage buildings was paved and not rock/dirt. That helps keep dust from entering into the individual spaces. Was able to drive a 26 foot U Haul truck into the facility to retrieve and remove items when I was done needing the space.

Tim will work with you in almost any way imaginable.  he will make certain your space meets your needs and that you, or a delivery truck can get to your unit.  Done with the unit?  Simply sweep it out once emptied, remove your lock, and email him that you don't need it any more.  You can't ask for a simpler process.  If I ever have need for storage, i will definitely be giving Tim and American Storage a call!

During the 18 months it took us for find a buildable lot and have our house built, all our possessions were stored at the American Storage facility in East Helena, MT. We were very pleased the entire time as these units are clean, dry and secure. The grounds are very well maintained, even in winter with snow removal.  The facility manager was friendly, courteous and very helpful through the whole process.  As a result, we strongly recommend this facility if you have storage needs in the Helena MT area!

Tim at American does a great job. The site is always clean and snow free. If you have any problem he is always available to help. I highly recommend this storage facility.
