I highly recommend this storage facility. Very clean property. Great staff who are onsite during business hours. Option of temperature controlled units or outside drive ups is a plus. Don’t know another facility with that option. 24/7 surveillance is great! Newest storage facility in town. They even have a 24 hour kiosk where you can pay your bill and rent units. Best place in town if you ask me!

Super nice Brand New Facility. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff.  State of the art Access, alarmed, units with full camera security. As well as 24hr payment/Rental Kiosk.

I have no idea why someone would post "scam" on a review unless a competitor decided to post something absolutely not true.  Helena Self Storage is a brand new state of the art storage facility that is cleaner, more secure and competitive with rates.  One of the few storage facilities that actually answer the phone, are professional and courteous.  The manager Darin is a professional and takes pride and great care of this business.  Stop in and you will see for yourself.

Great place to storage your stuff. Most of all extremely amazing and helpful customer service. They are willing to you no matter what the problem may be. I would recommend them and there storage facility to anyone.
