But a clearance dryer, sales person said it was new and just dirty from sitting in the warehouse.  We got it home and it it definitely used. It had lint in the lint trap!

I bought a brand new $1000 dollar refridgerator from them 8 months ago.  The technician has been here 3 or 4 times and each time replaces the ice maker, even though this past time the ice maker was working fine.  So I called the manufacturer and they are sending someone out in 2 days.  Meanwhile, American Superstores answer is to unplug it, because it is noisey....really??  It won't let me post a video of the noise, but trust me, it's loud.
