I called 45 minutes become having to be at work. The guy who answered the phone said it would be 15 to 20 minutes. I replied,  okay, and we ended the call. 37 minutes later I called again to see how much longer he thought it might be and there was no answer. I  called again and the phone rang twice. I was sent to voicemail, followed by a TEXT MESSAGE saying, "Please call yellow cab for further assistant...", and a number. I wouldn't give a(1) star.

I called to set up a cab the next day at 0515.  Even though it says they are open 24 hours a day, he told me that the earliest he could get me a cab was 0700. I explained that I was going to the airport for a 0719 flight.  Not great to advertise 24 hours and then tell me that you won't have a car before 0700.

It's good to have a understanding driver when my money is not enough. He helped me an my kid with little money we  could afford.Good people

Good Cab service experience. When I arranged a 5am UBbER  early drop off at Augusta Airport,my driver called 2 min to pickup time to cancel.American Taxi of Augusta saved me from missing my flight.If you are having a bad day writing bad review because they didn't have a driver for you, have courtesy and call another company.
