This service accepts credit and debit cards and me personally don't carry cash. When the driver picked me up he ask me was I using a card.... of course I was. He then tells me his Square reader doesn't work because he forgot his code. Then I have to make an unnecessary trip to the bank to withdraw more than what I was to spend. Then it came as he kept talking that Yello Cab takes 16% of the fare and he don't think that's fair.... not my problem. It seems to be a pattern with drivers don't want to accept card payments. As far as a driver forgetting his Square account information... it's easy to call Square and they can reset it for you or if your reader don't work... $10 at Best Buy.... no excuses. Yellow cab start holding these drivers accountable.

The lady who picked me up was very rude and has no idea about good customer service. First of all she almost had me late for work, second it was raining and she had me outside waiting while she drove past me, I called her and she was just like "Oh I will turn around then" she came back to me and did not even speak or apologize for her actions. Third she was speeding and never said one word to me the whole drive acting like a maniac. Her whole demeanor was really mean and nasty. I tipped her because that's just who I am, but she surely deserved nothing at all. I will not call them again for a ride.

Terrible customer service... only want to give you rides when it's convenient for them. Almost as if you have to convince them to take you. Will refuse to take you where you want to go

I waited a WHOLE HOUR on a cab to get my daughter and I from our hotel. My daughter is 1 years old and they charged me $6 for her and I when the main office said they should only charge 3. Very poor service. Better off walking

Yellow Cab is the only taxi service that is able to enter Fort Gordon, so I really had no choice. When I called them from the airport (a 15 minute drive from the base), they said a taxi was on the way. More than 15 minutes later, the driver called to say he was 20 minutes away. When he finally arrived, the taxi driver was pulling away from the airport when he noticed some other people waiting for a taxi. He made me get out of my seat to make room for more people. I thought, "great, he'll let us split the fare." The people traveling with me did not have military ID cards so the driver brought us to the Fort Gordon visitor center and left me in the car. When he finally came back to drive me to my destination, he ended up charging me full price ($18 for a 15 minute ride). I had to use this same taxi service to get back to the airport two days later. My driver was 15 minutes early, and was annoyed that I was not ready yet. When we were approaching the airport at 5:40am, he got a call reminding him that his next pickup (from Fort Gordon) was schedule for 5:30am. That poor person must have been picked up about 30 minutes late. I guess it's just the habit of this taxi service to not care about their customers. The time between me calling for a taxi and me getting to Fort Gordon was 65 minutes. Please don't use this taxi service. I hope Fort Gordon will consider other options in the near future.
