I've been coming to American Vision since my dad brought me there as a child.  All the employees are very friendly and well informed on all new advancements in eye care.  The service and atmosphere is excellent and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

UPDATED: For starters, I have been with American Vision  from my pre-teen years into young adulthood. It has and still is always a pleasure to see  Dr. Margolin, he is extremely knowledgeable and deals with my complex prescription with ease. I have dealt with Dr. Teran maybe once or twice and she was very kind. The employees, well...one employee recently made my experience miserable. I recently had a death in the family that shocked my family and I. I made an appointment with American vision prior to the sudden event and tried to reschedule for the next available day. When I called the employee was extremely rude. I repeatedly told her I had a family emergency, but she ignored me and said I could not schedule an appointment, I had to be a walk in because I did not give proper notice. I understood where she was coming from because its business, but you can not disrespect people. 

SIDE NOTE: The owner did respond to my post claiming that it was "not nice" of me to follow through with my appointment when two other customers were waiting to be seen, but failed to acknowledge the poor customer service I've received especially since I had an unfortunate event occur. As mentioned previously in my post,  I am aware that this is a business before anything else, however, the DELIVERY of the employee was unacceptable. To completely dismiss that kind of behavior as if it is "ok" is beyond incomprehensible and to be upset that I “choose” to spend my money online rather than a place of business I was treated poorly at is also unspeakable.
