Went to this location on 11/11/17 around 9:30pm and was very disappointed with the customer service. The woman who rang us up was extremely rude to all of the customers in the store. She had an attitude and was clearly annoyed at her coworker, who was making all of the drinks by himself. After she rang up everyone on line she disappeared into the back and left him by himself to make all of the drinks. Other customers began complaining and one couple even asked for their money back. The woman could have helped her co worker but instead just continued giving him an attitude and blaming him for the build up of drink orders. She even came out from the back of the store on her cellphone as the couple was trying to ask for a refund. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I feel bad for the poor guy who had to put up with her. The only reason this review gets 2 stars is because the young man who made our drinks was nice and kept his head up even when his coworker was making a scene and trying to embarrass him. Plus our drinks still came out good.

Not the best starbucks ive been too. And i have been to plenty. The line took extra long. The girl behind the counter was rude and they got my order wrong. Had to go back to exchange it.

It was good! Just very busy! No place to sit and enjoy my coffee with my friend.

The girls could use some volume in their announcements but they're all super friendly and there's never an issue with your order. One of my favorite stops with the kids!

Consistently Starbucks. Tough to get a seat on the weekends especially. Coffee to go is best. Though parking in the lot can be challenging. There is street parking with restrictions though.
