Chill relaxed atmosphere, great place to exercise, everyone has a good attitude. I'm not a very emotional person, but even I still get all choked up from the experience.

Started a year ago, very good experienced teachers, great training partners, and some personalized attention when you need it. Basically its a really good family vibe here minus the big ego nobody wants in martial arts. Started out in traditional Jujitsu and the teachers were respectful of former training and I adjusted after time to this new art and really enjoy it. Honestly, this is the best part of my work week, don't know what I would do with it the whole team here, its been a great overall experience and keeps getting better.

I have been training here for the past 10 months to help enhance my performance as a Martial Artist. As a whole I have been training for 13 years and hold competency with two other disciplines. One of the things that was clear to me when I began was the sense of community and sportsmanship that is found in Americana Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Throughout my training this is one of the most accepting atmospheres I have ever been in. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking to increase both physically and mentally.

I've trained here for fours years and it has changed my life. I've won multiple national championships along with many others. The teaching here is top notch and everyone here is extremely friendly. If your looking for a place to train in Butte county, this is the place.

I've been training at Americana for two years now. I have always had an interest in martial arts, but, with no experience, I felt nervous to try it out. I didn't want to train at a  "bro-gym" where I was going to get beat up, and never learn anything, and I didn't want to get yelled at in Portuguese, by a Brazilian with a language barrier.. I needed a place where I could train at my own pace, get some exercise, and learn a skill that could help protect me and my family in a non-aggressive manner, all while in a relaxed "egoless" environment. I have found all of this and more in Americana Jiu Jitsu.
