It clean, cool and wirh two locations it's easily accessible from both sides of town. I think the biggest draw here is that the staff are all super friendly and knowledgeable and don't make you feel bad about asking questions they've probably answered 20 times a day. We work out at night and it always feels very personal and inviting.

Helpful and welcoming staff. So wonderful to walk in and see a smile. People of all ages and shapes. Do not feel uncomfortable not being in perfect shape like some gyms. Tons of classes and an all year indoor pool.

There are two locations for this gym. The one on Pentz has a few weight rooms and they offer Crossfit. They have 2 outdoor pools and a hot tub with saunas in the locker rooms. The Skyway location offers aerobic classes and yoga. They have one big room for weights this location is the main one where membership is. You can get a free pass for Crossfit from membership for 3 free classes at the Pentz location to get to know what Crossfit is. Memberships allow you to use both locations.

Overpriced. Comcast style of doing business and finding ways to nickel and dime you to death.
