Unbelievable. I've been a member of the gym on Pentz for over 20 yrs on and off. Never have I came across a more unprofessional and rude so called management person in my life. Very disappointing. Was told that I didn't matter and that the racquetball courts are their last priority. The guy even told me to go to another gym if I didn't like it. The rates keep increasing and the gym just gets worse. I only play racquetball and occasionally sit in the Jacuzzi. 51 dollars a month and a 20 dollar a year maintenance fee are almost fair but dealing with a rude arrogant staff is out of the question.

My home away from home.  BF Pentz road is so good, I almost don't want to publicize it. It has all you need on a smaller scale than BF Skyway, but it has an indoor and outdoor pool. Mary makes you feel comfortable as you walk in the door. It's super clean. I could go on and on.

Some people love it, but I have had major problems with their accounting department and check in systems!

I was a past member & decided to come back. Nothing has changed besides they charge for Racketball which is a real disappointment beings I only play for 10 minutes to get my heart rate up. No one wipes down their Equipment after their done. The last gym I went to had a rag & spray bottle next to each piece of Cardio Equipment. Everyone was awesome about wiping down the Equipment. One shouldn't have to walk across the room to get One rag that is being used for everything. (Not Sanitary) Seen a guy clipping his toe nails next to the hot tub & mold in the bathroom.

Just called for info about member ship.  I was told its 84$ for one month..ouch !!   This isn't Malibu ot the Bay area !
