We have had a nice stay at this hotel. We are here with a large group, so the large dining area and lobby have been great for a place to gather and spend time together.

Very nice location. Easy access for your visit to Duluth or Superior. Clean comfortable rooms at a reasonable price.

Love this hotel! Been here at least 10 times since by family and they are always very clean, quiet rooms with friendly staff.

A clean, quiet, well cared for place. Family owned. You can almost feel the pride of the people who own this place. Whenever we are heading for a few days in Duluth, this is our place. We have two small dogs who are welcome and who seem happy there too. Our favorite pet friendly rooms are on the first floor, toward the back. This gives us easy access to a grassy area in back of the hotel where the dogs can conveniently exercise. Last time we were there I saw something that impressed me. A couple of young children, probably about 9 years old, were running down the hall toward the swimming pool and yelling quite loudly. A woman who was obviously one of the owners stopped them and had a very respectful talk with them about how she really wanted them to enjoy their stay, but they needed to consider the other people there too. Their own grandmother could not have done a better job. When I was checking out at the end of our stay I was able to tell that person that I really liked how she had handled that situation with those kids .
