Excellent!!! I can't say enough good about this motel.  For a small motel it offers a lot of the little extras that you usually only find in larger facilities such as iron and ironing board, fridge, microwave, shampoo,  etc.
 Very very clean and very comfortable beds. I love that it is pet friendly as well.
 The prices are fantastic!!   The area is nice and it's close to Duluth and Jay Cook park. Planning on returning whenever we are in the area.

We  have  Stayed  here  at  least  5  times  in  3  years &  found  each  experience  to  be  Pleasant  &  comfortable,  clean  &  reasonably  priced..Mr.  &  Mrs.  Lynn  F.  Murray  Newport,  Minn.  55055

Clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Rooms are updated, we heard the building is only a couple years old. Very comfortable beds. We will be returning in 2 weeks and staying again!

We arrived at our room that the front desk clerk had informed us was just cleaned......we than started to find cockroaches. I would not recommend this place to anyone and would suggest to the staff to take care of this issue sooner than later. We caught one as you can see in the picture...disgusting.
