This is a relatively inexpensive place to stay. The rooms were clean, and the staff was helpful, but I have 1 major complaint.

When we checked in, our room temperature had to be over 90°F. Outside temperature was about 5°F. We turned the heat off and went to dinner. When we returned, the room temperature was still in the 80's. We had to run the A/C at full power all night, just to make it bearable. The room finally cooled down around 3:00 am.

When calling for a reservation, we explain we have small children, we also ask to make sure they have a crib or pack-n-play for us to use. The lady on the phone confirmed that they did. We show up to a well decorated lobby, and a nice room. My son was excited to swim so we got everyone/thing ready to go only to see the pool and notice the sign that it was out of service.... My son was destroyed. at the same time My wife was asking the front desk where the crib/pack-n-play was... The girl explained they have none and that she contacted a sister location but that they said they could not bring theirs over as it is the size of a hide-a-bed.  We immediately packed up and left and asked not to be charged . We were not charged, but this was a major let down and bad handling of a booking.  If you pool is closed, state that when people say they have kids that are checking in, when you say cribs, make sure ya do.

Room above main desk and breakfast area. Lobby was super noisy until after midnight and all morning with breakfast crowd. Gap under door let in lots of noise. Hot tub was ice cold Sunday morning. Staff always smiling and super friendly. Clean room, lobby, and pool area.
