When I first arrived they didn't realize that I made a reservation a week ahead of time. Or that I requested a late check out. They TAKE $100 DEPOSIT Off YOUR CREDIT CARD ahead of time just in case of damages!! This is when you get there so it was a big surprise!!The HOT TUB did not work properly!!! My room smelled musty, there was snot on my headboard and one on the shower wall and had mold!! On the positive side the staff is friendly, breakfast is AWESOME, and the decorations are nice!!

Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well. Continental breakfast was good. Toilet in room needs to be serviced - water kept running. Evening check in receptionist were not very friendly.

It's very inexpensive. I believe that's do to all of the corners cut in maintenance and amenities. Everything is old and lots of standard items are just broken. The carpet is probably from the 80's. The shower control was "floating" in the wall. And the continental breakfast was abysmal. If you need a place to crash for a night this place works. Under no other circumstances is this a place to stay.

Badly in need of updating. Furniture is chipped, carpeting stained, bathroom just looked old......caulking around tub/shower missing. Nice swimming pool & breakfast though.

Very unfriendly, unhelpful staff. Only seemed to care about my payment. Pool/hot tub locked. VERY outdated and poorly maintained. Breakfast area hidden and weak selection. Only bright spot was pleasant woman at front desk at checkout. She was much better than the rude,uncaring young man there throughout my stay.
