My friends and I had a private party on four of the lanes at Sawmill Lanes and it was a blast. The night before, I was reading some of the recent reviews and was slightly concerned because I had seen some of the 1-Star reviews and having experienced a horrific encounter a few years back at Sawmill Lanes when my son's league changed from Capri to Sawmill Lanes and we ended up stopped going to my son's League change at Sawmill. They must be under different management and/or ownership now because all the staff were nice as can be on this recent encounter. There was absolutely no problems at all with my friends and I experience with our recent visit at Sawmill Lanes; maybe it was because we were with a private party that dropped some serious coin, however, I noticed everyone else in the entire bowling alley seemed to be having a good time and had no troubles at all [at least that is what I experienced this time]. This large and modern AMF is almost always busy, so come early on the weekends or be prepared to wait. Prices for bowling are reasonable for the weekdays, but weekend prices are a bit high. Like most bowling allies, there are several different leagues that go on here. There is also a kitchen and bar here with a decent selection.

Depending on when you go it can be great or not so great (if you're surrounded by people that know bowling etiquette), if you enjoy watching children have fun then go during any school break or weekend during the day, if children in you're way isn't for you (like us) go at night, join a league, or go on a holiday.  Can be pricy if you pay full price per game (still less than star lanes), but they run different night time specials & if you join their email club you will receive several discounts throughout the year (eg: $10 for unlimited games for 2 hrs plus shoes)!  The food is greasy goodness with a few healthier options (think a few grades above bar food), they do have free refills on soda (finally). Plenty of beer on tap/bottle (normal, IPA, & micro local brews), specialty cocktails, and mixed spirits in the bar.  The staff is friendly and responsive to request or needs.  Overall a fun updated bowling alley and worth a visit if you're looking for family or friend fun.

Good bowling alley. Large at 52 lanes. A little on the expensive side, but there are good specials to take advantage of to combat that. Staff I've dealt with have all been friendly, and the rental shoes are in good shape/new.

Showed up at about 6:45 on Monday the 23rd. With plans to bowl the unlimited bowling that the website (as well as signs within the establishment) say starts at 8pm.  The man behind the counter said I couldn't get a lane until 9pm and that is when it began.  There were 6 lanes in the middle of the alley that were "reserved" starting at 8pm.  Why couldn't I have those lanes until these people showed up?  Overall the guy behind the counter was rude and unhelpful. Didn't seem like they wanted our business if we were not in a league.
