Story

Pins Mechanical Company is based on the idea of creating a social gathering place that connects people through a non-traditional/playful experience. Whether it’s duckpin bowling, pinball or shuffleboard, Pins brings ‘Old School’ entertainment, culinary exploration, and creative craft cocktails together to redefine how time should be spent with friends. Columbus’s chill and hip alternative to a night out downtown has arrived.

It's very hard to get a spot on the lanes any night of the week. They also have weird rules like you can't get on the list until 4:30 pm. With that said, its an absolute blast if you do.  The food trucks and games outside on the patio have people out there in 30 degree weather!! Its the best place to start your Friday or Saturday off right.  Drink prices are pretty decent.

This place is huge! Fairly quick to get a drink. I went with the Pinball Wizard which seems to be a popular drink. As others have stated, the beer list is long so it’s a safe bet they’ll have what you’re looking for to imbibe.
This place does get busy but there’s plenty room to move around, if you want. I like the fact the ‘garage doors’ can be opened to cool the place down and let fresh air in. 
A couple food trucks surround the place and the food can be brought inside. A great time was had by all!

First visit to Pins was very enjoyable! It was a huge space, with a lot of activities! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about their draft list, and patient with me while I decided. There was no obnoxious wait to order a beer; someone was always ready to assist. The atmosphere was great and I had a wonderful time. Hoping for the same level of great service next time I visit!

I visited Pins in Dublin, Ohio and for a Sunday afternoon I was pleasantly surprised to see such a crowd there. I had never been to Pins before so I didn't know what to expect nor how the games worked. The employee at the token counter was able to help me navigate the wait times for bowling and directed me to the quarter machine so we could play the games. Upon arriving at Pins, there was not a lot of signage to point guests in the right direction nor explain how to get in line for the different games. The business of the arcade made it a bit difficult to navigate and find employees to talk to that were not busy serving drinks and things. Overall, I would recommend Pins as an afternoon outing or late night with friends, but must go early.

Always has a food truck on either ends of the establishment. Good selection of beer and liquor. Endless adult and kid games. Pinball machines are 50cent they have a change machine. Large event center and fun for all ages. If bringing kids would do so earlier than later.
