Either some of their carriers are lazy or good protocols aren't being put in place. They didn't ring the door bell when a package needed a signature. Then after tapped the signed slip in door they never picked it up. I'm confused why I paid for shipping when they can't even drip it to my house correctly?!

Unbelievable,  I tracked a extremely important piece of mail with my tracking number, after it had been missing for over 3 weeks unknowingly. (Thankfully I 
Still had my tracking number and receipt) This extremely sensitive mail was my private medical records, with my full name, address, ss#, and date of birth. Everything a criminal would need and more to literally wreck my credit for YEARS... And when I called, I was not addressed for hours.  The staff was RUDE AND UNHELPFUL after I had to call numerous times to get a hold of Rick the supervisor for Bailey Ave, after NO CALL BACK!!! When I got Rick the Supervisor finally four hrs. plus later, he made an excuse immediately and then tried getting me off the phone!!! I had to lecture him like he was a misbehaving child and informed him that this was a extremely sensative and important situations where my medical records AND personal information was compromised!!! He understood but was still not helpful in recovering my mail! I have reached out to the us mail operations manager to try to file a complaint but Go FIGURE,  NO REPLY FROM MY REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER!!! Bureaucracies have no consequences for there unethical behavior. I will NOT let this go, this is totally unacceptable!!!

It can be very busy with a long wait at times, but it is roomy and has some self service options.

The delivery of mail at east and west summerset is getting really bad.  The mail box is clearly marked in big print yet the mail man just dumps the mail in the wrong box  .fifty percent of the time my mail is in my neighbors box.?.......?....
