The post office often takes a hit for a variety of reasons Today I would like to commend Karen Holland and Andrea/the carrier who assisted her I had to forward some critical financial data to my retirement agent and time was a factor Wires were crossed and the data was mailed to a different branch of the company where it would have probably been lost or tossed I contacted Karen. She was facilitative and Positive but advised it would be a search involving several hundred or more pieces of mail, but they would try They went way past that and found the letter, Called me and I was able to get it directed in haste Thank you both One cudo for the postal folks Good work!

I've had some waits here but it's not the employees' fault. They do their best with what they have and have always been professional when I've been there. Lots of people are slamming them I noticed in the reviews here, but they're probably impatient idiots. It's a small PO that serves a densely populated area. What did you expect? Speed? They seem understaffed, but I'm guessing it's the location's budget, not managements fault.

I am disabled and housebound. Our regular carrier delivers my mail to a rural route style, USPS mailbox outside my front door instead of that apartment complex community mailbox. He agreed to do this as an accommodation to me under the Americans with Disabilities Act. I have received no mail or packages this past week. Currently, I'm missing about seven packages USPS claims they delivered, which I have not received. Without this accommodation I won't receive mail and cannot conduct my affairs. Please advise.

I used to work here and for those wondering, yes, they are severely understaffed. I'm not gonna bad mouth my former managers (other than possibly suggest they reaaally need to schedule folks better and, you know, not let people deliver on dog bites and give them a few days off to recover) but some of the carriers there I worked with (note, a small few) were lazy, especially our steward who couldn't finish a route and constantly had to be bailed out by us CCAs. Sometimes they chuck new folks into routes who have never been to the neighborhood. I just don't like the system USPS has to deal with, period. There are some decent, hard-working people here and it does break my heart to see people badmouth my former coworkers and managers. They're doing what they can with limited resources and the turn over rate for CCAs is pretty bad. They work so hard, so please, cut them a break. Some of them work seven days straight, you know? Me, I worked 21 days straight, once. If you're having issues, my suggestion to you all is to reach out to the station managers, because they will go out of their way to talk to carriers. I know they did when I messed up. But remember, they're doing what they can with limited resources. Spencer is awesome and he was great to work under. Jim will get you in the right direction. Jenny will listen to what you have to say. Levi will also listen to your complaints. Please just read this and bare these things in mind. If you need to call them, do it after 10am when folks leave the station and ask for one of these guys if you have concerns. The only reason I'm giving this one star is for USPS itself and my old steward who never really did anything for me and my dog bite.

I wished I could of rated this NO STARS AT ALL . The worst customer service EVER EXPERIENCED !! Ive been in there TWICE THIS YEAR AND THE GUY WITH THE RED HAIR VERY RUDE !! BOTH TIMES !!WAS NOT HELPFUL !! All I was there for was to find out where my mail has been for the last 2 weeks ?? When I clearly sent in my change of address in 3 weeks ago?? I don't understand why they got to make it so difficult to change and address ! And there was NO NEED FOR THE EMPLOYEES ATTITUDE! If you don't like your job then quit!! Customer's shouldn't have to put up with crap !!! I don't think the post office is going to be around much longer if they dont hire more GOOD EMPLOYEES A.S.A.P . WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!
