I don't usually get to have a spa day since I have 2 kids, both under the age of 10, and even when I do it feels very short-lived. My husband gave me a gift card for a 1 hour Swedish Massage and facial, and I can honestly say that I have never been more relaxed and pleased with the overall service. I'm sorry to say that I don't remember who did my massage (maybe Jane or Jade?) but it was a very relaxing experience. Emily did my facial and my skin felt so amazing afterwards! The ladies at the front desk were also very helpful since I wanted to add on a last minute pedicure and it seemed like they were having a busy day. Overall, I had a great experience and I can't wait to go back, even if it means I have to get a sitter.

Trying to be high end, but can't quite make it. On the three occasions that I've been, I keep telling myself to give it one more try, but I just won't anymore. On the last (and final occasion) that I went, my stylist (name forgotten as he was not very memorable- I think it may have been jason) spent the entire time talking to another hair stylist. When I got my hair washed, I had to sit in the uncomfortable chair for 10 minutes waiting for the water to heat up (he said that first thing in the morning, the water has to run for a really long time?????) My haircut was okay, but quite honestly, not worth the price. I've had the same quality at Paul Mitchell Hair School for $12. I just don't get a good vibe from this place. My sister in law also had the same problem as another reviewer- she had a $50 gift card from Amici, but now she is unable to use it since they changed names to Bluefire-Amici (although the website is still the same, and apparently the new owner was the general manager before). Sounds a little fishy to me.

Based on several positive reviews I made an appointment with Linda to cut my hair (from mid-long length into a layered, slight A line bob). I had a picture of the cut alongside a written description of the cut. She first cut my hair into a one-length "page boy" look from the 70s - no layering, no A line and presented it as the finished cut. I pointed out to her that my hair wasn't even in a slight A line cut and it wasn't layered. She indicated to me that she didn't think it should be layered even though the picture and description clearly indicated a layered style, but admitted that it wasn't A line. What I came out with was a haircut that was only slightly layered (and almost not at all in the back) and an uneven length in the back where she tried to cut into an A line (result was a very small area on the back left of my head that goes "up" and is not blended and is very uneven with the rest of the back of my head). And to get to this point I had to argue with her a bit. Net/net, don't go to Linda for a cut - I think any professional hair stylist should be able to cut hair evenly in the back/bottom at a minimum and should be able cut a layered a line bob. I am going to have to go to someone else to at least get it layered/blended a bit in the back (can't have them fix the length as to match where she cut it up too high in the back will make the back too short). Problem is now I'm scared to trust anyone to do it.

I have been there 5 times. the first time they messed up my hair BAD. the second time a different girl fixed the first mistake and did an amazing job. the third time that same girl did a so-so job. I think she was hung over that day. the last few times were great but that particular stylist does not work there anymore. Guess it is hit or miss but the chances of a hit seem to be greater than 50/50. I have not been back since the stylist I liked best vanished.

I have been a client of this salon for over ten years. My husband purchased a $250.00 gift card for me. Jason the owner sold the gift card to him. Now they have figured out the way to cheat their loyal client's, by changing the name to Blue Fire Production!!! However they still answer the phone Amici's. Jason and Michael (the owner's) now refuse to honor the gift card. After years of spending a 150.00 at this salon for my hair. My children's cut in the neighborhood of $30.00, monthly. This is how they treat a valuable client. My advise to anyone is NEVER do business with this salon These two inviduals are very rude and inexperienced. Not to mention UNPROFESSIONAL!!! There are two many great salons in the Winter Springs/Oviedo area. My advise is to take your business elsewhere.
