I told Tammy that I like my water fairly hot. She let the water get so hot that I couldn't keep my feet in the tub. Since the tub is covered with a plastic liner (which they charge you .50 cents for) she had to keep trying to stick her hand in the water (trying to poke holes in the lining to let the water out).

I felt like she rushed through my entire pedicure. She didn't ask my preferences on anything (I had to interject with the things I wanted). She forgot that I requested a manicure too. She proceeded to rush through that too. Overall, I feel like she rushed and her communication was poor.

They scheduled an appointment for me, after I called to see if they were open. Then I get here and they closed. They couldn't even bother to call or anything so I wouldn't waste time or gas.

The lady who did my underarms today was so bad...the worst underarm wax I ever had....she was doing itty bitty spots. Like it was unnecessary she didnt have to do itty bitty spots and made my underarm bleed a little bit cause she was going over some spots more then once cause of how small she was waxing....the most wax strips I get under my arms is 3..max 4 but she did about like about 20 strips...for what reason I DO NOT KNOW! I never want her do my underarms ever again...the first lady I had was better but she wasnt there this time. I was so irritated I just wanted to leave.

I can't say enough great things about the consistent great service. The staff is the same over the years and rarely changes. They have nice offerings, free WiFi and everyone speaks English and is friendly. Great eyebrow waxing too! My whole family loves it here.
