Went to visit my daughter for her birthday and had gels and pedicure done here. Wonderfull experience and my nails have never been done do perfect. Too bad that I live in Miami, so every time I visit I'm definitely going to get my nails done here.

I've been going to this salon for 6yrs. I moved to Tampa but still drive 2 hours to come here and get taken care of. I have gone to more than ten places in Tampa and still can't fine the same treatment or never get the same results. Trish is my person here and I never have to tell her anything because she knows and is always on point. My whole family goes here and I highly recommend this place... Amazing!!!!

The person who I had today was not friendly at all almost rude for no reason !! Did not want to answer questions and nails were ok They are not up on any new techniques at all. As a customer we are paying moneyFor a service and that service includes being courteous.

The place was filthy! I got a pedicure and gel manicure; both done in less than an hour. The whole experience was rushed. I never received any lotion, a hand massage or cuticle oil at any point during the manicure. At one point I even asked if she was in a hurry and she still didn't slow down. Terrible customer service-highly disappointed and will never return!

Love this place.  Clean and the staff couldn't sweeter.  Always good service and fast.
