I had a watch that needed repair, and was very pleased that I went to Amidon Jewelers. Billie-Jo Knoll Phillips was very friendly and helpful and contacted me with progress by email. The work was performed will and at a very good price. The showroom is bright and well laid out, and the old bank vault is very interesting. I'll be back for future purchases

I have bought several exquisite pieces of jewelry at Amidon. Whether there clandestinely to buy a gift for my wife or when we have gone together the entire process from walking in to leaving has been simply awesome. All of the salespeople have listened to what I was looking for, the price range I was looking at & the reason for the gift. They then always led me to the piece I wanted. What makes each experience even better is that whether there to buy, just look or ask a question, they always go the extra mile. I truly appreciate that.

I had purchased my fiancee's engagement ring there and had such a positive experience. Their staff is very knowledgeable and helped me choose a ring style and were considerate of my budget. I didn't feel rushed or get "the hard sell" and left with confidence that I had picked the right one! Thankfully, she said yes! We returned to pick out wedding bands later and worked with Billie-Jo and again, she made it so easy and was wonderful to work with. She worked with our price point and we both found ring styles we loved. I would highly recommend Amidon Jewelers in Keene because of their friendly staff, service and jewelry selection!

Stephani is a delight to work with. My husband went in looking for a 45th anniversary ring with sapphire and diamonds. She helped him make a beautiful choice and encouraged him to return the ring for any reason. I loved the ring but the size was too small so we went back so I could look at other choices. I found just the perfect ring and Stephani was very gracious in handling our return and sending my new ring out for sizing. I would definitely recommend Stephani and Amidon in the future.

I absolutely love this store. Everyone is so helpful and friendly and they have a fantastic selection. There really is something for every budget. The prices are lower than most privately owned jewelry shops and the quality is unmatched. Check out this store, you'll be glad you did.
