Amie and her staff continually exceed my expectations in both customer service and the quality jewelry lines they offer. I also love that if I mention I like a piece that I see they will make a note for my husband or family to purchase for me for birthday or Christmas or just because. If you haven't stopped in to see them you need to!! They are the BEST local jewelry store in town!!

Unequivocally the best Jewelry store I've ever been to. They Most helpful and knowledgeable sales staff if you don't see what you're looking for they'll find it. Absolutely beautiful sales floor.

At first, I was very impressed with Mon Amie Fine Jewelry. The selection was amazing and their service was very personal. The owner wanted to know what I wanted and how she could help. I ended up buying an engagement ring from her with a appraisal. Very quickly after we got the ring (matter of a few weeks) and the band started visually discoloring. Mon Amie didn't offer anything except "That's normal after a couple of years" and she can re-plate it (for free). Even she was surprised how quickly it happened. We did discuss switching the band to platinum. The relationship didn't work out about 2 months after I purchased the ring. I started a discussion with the jeweler about returns. She said there was no return policy and didn't offer any assistance on finding a way to sell the ring. I bought the ring to a few other Jewelers and they all offered low values (1/3 of the original price). To get a better assessment, I bought the ring to two different independent jewelers and both of them appraised the ring at less than 1/2 of the selling value. Their appraisal both had significantly more internal defects then the Mon Amie appraisal detailed. Very disappointed with the integrated of this establishment.
