Rather walk into a flea market they have better knock offs, Low Quaility Jewlery @ High Quality Pricing. When they realize they cant make a sale off you the staff gets irritated and rude. Very Awkward, Would not recommend.

I have been to this store repeatedly and have never had anything but a fantastic experience.  I've dealt with the woman, who I find very nice and really appreciate her honesty, the older gentleman, and the younger one.  All three have been fair and honest.  I have taken broken things in and they will honestly tell me that they think it's not worth the money to fix and then NEVER bother me to buy anything else.  I trust and appreciate this business very much.  Btw, when they told me it wasn't worth getting fixed, I got a second opinion and they said the same thing.

After visiting other jewelers, we went to amir's and found a ring which my girl loved. The owner (or at least I assume he was) beat every other price we had, including an 850$ ring at 100$, he beat it. I recommend amir's for a good deal if you look at other places first.

 The worst customer service I have ever received. The older gentleman was the one who helped us. We looked around and he was very nice until we decided not to buy anything this time and come back another, then he all of a sudden got mad at us for wasting his time. He started arguing with me about why I am not purchasing anything. As a customer I like looking around and compare prices. I am not going to be buying the first thing one recommends or I see. I just wish he had better way of talking to people and find out what they are looking for

Stay away from this jewelry store. They are a bunch of crooks. My daughter took my gold jewelry without my permission and sold it to them when she was 16. She went in there at least 4 times and they kept encouraging her to come back. I didn't find out my jewelry was missing until it was too late. She took them my tennis bracelet that had over 30 diamonds on it and was valued at about $3500 dollars. I know the gold couldn't be worth that much and they didn't give her back the diamonds. They knew the value of what they had and probably didn't give her even $100 for it. I know they wouldn't melt down something that valuable for the gold so they may have just sold it out right in there store or maybe they work with a pawn shop. She also sold them a sapphire ring with 8 diamonds, a journey pendant plus my gold chains that were worth quite a bit of money. She sold them my Carolina Panthers charm, a gold pendant with three 1/4 carat diamonds, plus other various items that my mother had given to me. When I realized all of this was missing I confronted her and she told me what she had done. We went to the store and confronted the owner and his mother. He lied to my face and said he had never seen my daughter. The mother said she had come in but they wouldn't take a diamond tennis bracelet. Lies again!!!  My daughter said she had filled out paperwork and given them her drivers license so they knew how old she was. They said they didn't keep paperwork on any gold items that they bought. Now isn't that fishy? How do they know what they are buying isn't stolen? I told them I wanted to buy my jewelry back and they said it would have already been sent off to be melted. A lot of this jewelry had expensive stones and they didn't give those back to her. I know good and well that they didn't melt this stuff down. It is as nice if not nicer than what they sell in their store. The owners were very rude to me. I was very upset about all of this and they couldn't care less. Shouldn't it set up red flags if a kid comes in there with over $6000 worth of jewelry to sell? Shouldn't they be wondering where it came from. They just encouraged her to keep coming back.  I should have reported them to security but I didn't want to get my daughter in trouble. I would not shop at this store. There are a lot of other jewelry stores in the mall. Do not trust these people. You will never know if what you are buying from them isn't something that is stolen. They aren't any better than a trashy pawn shop.
