Really bad experience and the manager ended up not making it right. I brought in 4 watches for repair, including one from the 1880's that belonged to my great uncle. First of all they lost them!! Then they decided to fire the repairman (twice actually). Then they found them but one was fixed and the other was still broken but I was happy to just have them so I paid and took them back. Then one of the modern watches stopped working during the 1 year warranty. After 5-6 trips (50 miles round trip for me) the manager kept redirecting so that he would not have to refund or fix. First he tried to fix it again and it failed within a week. Then he said he would refund the $42.50 but when I came in to the store he made me get the receipt (go home) even though we had talked in person about it many times (he recognizes me because of the lost pocket watches). Then he said I brought only one receipt and I needed to get all 4 of them so he could see it was the right one (go home again). I brought in credit card slips and then he said he didn't think they actually fixed it but just replaced the battery (for $42.50??) like that made it better. So he would not refund the money but would give me a new battery. I finally, after 10 trips, have given up. He is an expert at wearing you down so that he does not need to do what he says and does not honor the warranty. So for costume jewelry it is probably fine but I would never trust them for something as important as a wedding ring or fine jewelry (or you families prize pocket watches!!).
