Was looking for someplace to tan and stumbled on to a great gym. They also offer personal training.  I have been training with Jennifer for 2 years. She is great and very in tune with her clients. I have old work injuries and she has created my workouts around them so I still get the maximum from my sessions. The gym is very clean and well maintained with all the equipment you need. Check it out.

Totally impressed! If you are looking to get into shape Amp'D up is the place you are looking for. This is a hidden gem run by great people. Very knowledgeable with great prices too!
