Story

OM'ECHAYE is the union of two words: Om and Amechaye. The sacred word Om embodies wholeness and inspires togetherness. In ancient Hebrew, Amechaye means life, relief and joy. Its sound connects you to your inner peace when something deep touches your heart and body.

Javier has been my instructor for several years. I find him to be highly proficient in his knowledge and execution of Ivengar yoga technique and philosophy . His expectations of his pupils are high. He requires strict attention and an output of energy while at the same time allowing for the individual needs of each person. I find his classes to require an element of trust that is well founded . His knowledge of poses goes beyond the physical and his sensitive nature allows for an understanding of individual personalities and limitations. Javier conducts his classes with great exactitude and humor. I recommend him highly.

I recently joined Om'echaye after cancelling my membership at Premier. Finally I've been able to find a nice gym that offers excellent classes and instructors. Not too big, clean, caring staff, and true dedicated instructors. I regret not signing up before. Very happy and would definitely recommend this gym to anyone.

Where to begin... My husband and I LOVE this place. I consider it my second home and not only because I really spend a lot of time there, but because they have the most incredible staff and classes, I also love that it is a very "family oriented" environment, almost like a small community. Even more so since the owners are there alot doing classes and greeting clients (You don't see that very often). They truly are the whole package like they advertise. Highly recommend this wellness center. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Highly recommend coming here for acupuncture. Had a shoulder injury and after 2 months of Physical Therapy, which definitely helped, I felt I was only able to regain 75% of my range. After 2 sessions, I was back to 100%. I now go monthly for tune ups and to address other issues because I love how I feel after my sessions.

Javier is the best yoga teacher especially for beginners like me! He cares about each person in the class, guides you, shows you your mistakes and give advice. Im very happy to have him as my teacher!
