Home of ZONE EPOC High Intensity Interval Training, which was created, tested and formulated at Premier Health & Fitness.

2 levels of the finest cardio, free weights, strength training, functional and plate loaded exercise equipment available today by such names as Star Trac, Life Fitness, Hammer Strenght, Cybex, Stairmaster, etc.

Full array of group exercise classes from the Zone to classes in our beautiful aerobic studio with shock resistant floating wood floor offering: Group X Fitness, Zumba, Yoga, as well as our spacious Spinning room on our NXT Spinners.

The gym is great, very clean and in order. The front desk reps are great and have friendly customer service. The classes are well taught and very intense. I can honestly say it's maybe the best gym I've ever been too. They have this sense of honesty that you really can not find any where else. From management to the employees the atmosphere is amazing and a great place to workout especially with the deals and promotions they are having. It really hard to not find what you are looking for there. Overall great place and i will definitely be going back for more.

To the owner and/or manager: Please quit writing positive reviews about your own business. Everyone knows its you. Instead, focus your time on how to make your gym a better place, like it was a few years ago. Improve customer service relationship, something your establishment is very poor at, and start taking feedback seriously. You've lost tons of good customers, and nothing is done to get them back. Get better instructors, because you are charging members top money to take classes, and many of them suck. Be smart and schedule your classes much more efficiently rather than pinning them against each other at the same time schedule, because there are not enough members to fill them all. I hope this helps and brings much needed changes. And please, don't bother replying, just get to work.

I have been a member of Premier Health & Fitness for just about one year after being a member of another gym in Coral Springs the previous 20 years. Since I joined, the gym has completely invested in brand new equipment throughout the facility and has done an excellent job of maintaining the equipment in brand new condition. The front desk staff has gone out of their way to make me feel welcome in this new gym environment greeting me every day with a smile . . . and a towel! While I don't use the personal training staff, the personal trainers always say hi to me even knowing that I am not a potential client. They are just nice . . . and really good at what they do. The WiFi in the gym is strong throughout so I am able to stream my own music while I workout. And, unlike any gym I have been in before, the facility is kept spotless. I know because my workout has me up and down from the floor quite often. Being relatively new to the Hallandale Beach area, I am thrilled I was able to find such a high quality gym so close to home. Great job, Premier, and thank you!!!

I've been a member of this gym for many years. I've always been impressed with how friendly and knowledgeable the staff are, in addition how clean and organize they keep the gym. The class instructors are also really great. The yoga teachers & the spinning instructors are all very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I really like the gym especially working out with my trainer, Kevin Green, who has helped me achieve my fitness goals.

I love Premier gym!! I joined this gym almost 3 years ago and I regret not joining sooner ! Right when you enter the gym you're immediately greeted by their friendly staff making you feel very welcomed. This gym is very clean and most of their equipment is brand new because they recently remodeled the gym! If you need that extra push for motivation their trainers are very educated and will help you achieve your fitness goals. If you need to switch up your gym training routine they offer group classes to choose from as well. Highly recommend this gym to everyone ! **P.S- If you enjoy food & sun their location is right next to the beach & publix LOL :-) you're welcome !!!
