Never had a problem with any other location, but this one needs some serious work. The customer service was just awful and extremely rude. Not even surprised to see all the other reviews with similar complaints. Such a shame to see bad employees poorly represent a good company. Management should really work on their hiring standards.

This Amscot at 163 st in Miami don't go there guys, they have the worst customer service this girl was talking to me she was very nasty, I went pick up a money transfer she ask me for my social security I give her my ID plus the number I am suppose to pick up the money she keep asking about my social, she said either you give mw your social or you can't get the money... what about if I don't have a social or I am not from here, I tell them I don't have a social I was so mad because I have to go to Publix get the money...Publix are one of the best customer service

Unbelievable Rude!!! They need to retrain or clean house. Louise was so rude 4:40pm 4/11/17. I just wanted a money order.

Terrible. The 'ladies' are incredibly rude. Zero customer service. Nika, Stephanie, pretty much every one of them is more concerned with eye rolling and attitude than with doing their job.
