They earned one star for being open during business hours and having the lights on. For this place that is an achievement. Expect to wait 30 minutes in line and you will only be mildly disappointed. Anytime between 11:30am and 4:30am there is a 30-45 minute wait for a teller , a line down the branch and only two agents working. One of the agents is friendly and does a good job. The other agent is annoyed that people come here to bother him. There is no sense of urgency or efficiency at this branch and management seems to be happy with that. This place is in business because there aren't any better options. Avoid this branch if you can and preferably Bank of America in general.

Friday 10 minutes before closing time. 2 cashier open both hispanic .man and a woman. I dont have accnt.tryng to cash my check .I wait 15 minutes very long line ,iwas 3rd person to the last..I wait more time infront of the teller, she was killing her time not to cash my check.She said that the name on the check was NOT readable ENOUGH .She was waiting for the manager to come inside... ,the manager was outside ...... i ask her if i can call the manager to get her attention, She said NO after 5 minutes she told me that i need to go to my Banks to deposits it .....because my name was not readable enough but it was soo clear .I was soo furious waiting 15 minutes then refusing to cash it? I wanted to smacks her face WITH that CHECK. That funking little Hispanics woman was so rude.She need to go back to her original country idiot bicth. I JUST WALK AWAY CUZ I DONT LIKE TROUBLES. I KNEW I MAKE MORE MONEY THAN HER.I WILL NOT GOIN TO OPEN ANY ACCNT WITH THIS BANK OF AMERICA.NEVER...... YOU PEOPLE CAREFUL. .

People friendly and helpful, good service and if you want to faster go to those fancy banks that charge you an arm and a leg for their time to treat you faster than this one

One of the WORST banks. To make a long story short. I needed my pin changed because I misplaced my temporary pin number that comes with a new debit or atm card. Went into this branch, the personal banker “supposedly" help me change it. Then when I went on my vacation to withdraw money from the ATM still saying invalid pin. Bank of America business hours SUCKS! What bank closes at 4 during the week? And on Saturdays at 1. Not at all beneficial for customers that work 9 to 5 jobs during the week. Overall, I hate this bank. I rather deal with Wells Fargo that has 24/7 customer service and normal banking hours 9 to 6 unlike Bank of America
