HORRIBLE SERVICE, INEXPERIENCED PEOPLE. DONT DEPOSIT YOUR MONEY HERE.

The employees are very nice and helpful.  But the tellers are all closed in the outside drive-thru and only two windows remain open inside. Replaced with 2 machines that barely get used.  Not ideal to have 10+ people waiting in line for teller services.

I know this is not what Chase anticipated when closed most of the windows at their branches. I went in at 12:30 pm and there is 16 people in line. One window open with a teller. Two indoor machines and no one needs to use them. Please find a way to fix this. The tellers are great when you finally get to them.
