"Locally owned Downtown Coffee Shop in Paso Robles. Located central and walking distance from downtown Paso Robles lodging. We are open daily for coffee 7am-4pm and our kitchen is open for breakfast and brunch daily from 8am-1pm unless we sell out earlier. We feature local coffee roaster Spearhead Coffee for our quality coffee bean selection. We focus on traditional style coffee and seek to elevate with our house crafted syrups. Check out our events page on our website for upcoming live music, piano and jazz, performances. Thursday through Saturday we open our evening Steinway & Sons Piano Lounge from 6:30pm-10:30pm rotating local and sought after traveling jazz and classical musicians from surrounding Los Angeles and San Francisco areas."

Decent coffee shop in an adorable downtown location. Food isn’t served until 8a but the menu is delicious. Coffee was very good. I ordered a second one while we waited for the kitchen to open. Barista staff could use some lessons in being friendly and approachable.

Stopped by here today for brunch and loved the set-up! The iced London Fog was amazing and so was the bagel sando & breakfast burrito. Loved the music and atmosphere, the staff were so friendly, and we would definitely go back!

I've started coming in a few times a week for a variety of factors. The staff treats me like an old friend is likely at the top of list, who doesn't love the "Norrrrrrrm!" Cheers style greeting when you go somewhere? But also the staff remembers all the little details, which is quite amazing since I change my order almost every time. But also everything I've had there from drinks to food is always tasty and good quality. Finally, the atmosphere is so chill and welcoming. It's a great place to bring a book and curl up into a comfy chair and lose the world, or grab your laptop and work away at a window front seat. Really I think this place is a gem in the Paso downtown area.

Breakfast vibe was totally cool. Enjoyed the atmosphere and open windows that allowed the cool breeze to pass through. The coffee & food were really yummy as well!

I love this place. The setup is very laid back and relaxing but what really keeps me coming back is their chai tea latte. It is hands down the best I ever had. You can’t go wrong with any of their options, it’s amazing!!

Downtown coffee shop with a modern but cozy ambiance. Absolutely delightful staff who were beyond helpful and friendly. The coffee was excellent. The food, we had the oatmeal and brunch wrap, were delicious and very generous portions. Had the pleasure of experiencing this new business in Paso last week! Great food, I had the breakfast burrito. Great chill atmosphere and service. Enjoyed talking to the pianist and hearing His/Their vision for this spot.Highley recommend

Best croissant I’ve had in a long time.  They bake them fresh every morning.  The atmosphere was very inviting.  Beautiful space filled with natural light and plants, and don’t forget the beautiful Steinway piano.
