I needed flowers delivered the next morning n it was 4:30 pm Friday. I called another florist but they couldn't help me. Call Ann's Flowers and Girts, very friendly, professional,  told me yes, they can make the arrangement n it would be delivered the next morning. I also requested a spray made a certain way , was not a problem.also told them my price range I wanted to spend. The experience was quick and friendly and the spray was absolutely beautiful better than I had imagine. I highly recommend Ann's Flowers, for customer satisfaction...

Thank you for making me look like a rockstar on our anniversary. My wife was so pleased with the arrangement, you really helped set the tone for a wonderful day. I highly recommend this great local business.

I will have to agree with the previous review concerning the lack of Customer Service.  I just got off the phone with Kim and felt like I was bothering her by placing my order.

Customer Service isn't on par with florists I am used too. Called about sending flowers for a wedding and didn't know what to send.  She was a little contending when discussing the options.
