I used Briarwood florist for flowers for my mother's funeral.  They were gorgeous and exceeded my expectations.

My Step Dad's Mom was laid to rest on Friday March the 9th 2018 in her hometown of Austell Ga. I had ordered a plant arrangement from my home town florist and brought them to the funneral home myself. 
    It saddened me to see the blanket for the casket that the children had  chosen from this florist in Austell. It had several wilted flowers, holes throughout that could have been filled in, and it just looked sad.
    It is my understanding that her Son's made the order. I guess since they didn't know much about the process then they just accepted what the florist gave.
    A family friend also used this florist and sent some fresh flowers in a vase. They too did not look fresh. 
     This is why I went with someone that I knew. I didn't want to to risk ordering and paying for something that was not up to my standards. But, for the ones who choose to use this florist.  It is my hope that you know them or have done business with them in the past so you know what you are paying for. 
     I am in No way trying to hurt a business or put them down. I can only go on what the flowers looked like that day and time. It is my hopes that they will be able to correct this  issue for the family and future business. I hope that the ones who paid get some sort of refund.  I do have pictures of these flowers if needed.

Funneral home flowers were sent wilted and some broken..even after showing them ..they still refused to except resopdbility..accused others of mishandling the flowers..i would not refer them.. If anyone wishes to send flowers call another florist or get from your own home town..

Very disappointed in the arrangement that I purchased for my mother. Paid $50 for an arrange that looked like something worth maybe $20. The arrangement that was delivered doesn't look anything like the arrangement picture on the website. Won't use this company again.

Debbie and the staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. They made my flowers beautiful, and at the last minute. I really appreciate the work they have done.
