ANB Bank- I have been a loyal customer for 12 plus years.
I have had numerous incidents of fraud with my business account.
With that said I had fraudulent ATM charges 2 weeks ago in Los Angeles while using the same card at a hotel and businesses while working in Las Vegas... not one fraudulent charge but many many!!!!
How did fraud protection not catch this, 10 plus charges at an ATM while I was using the card in Vegas ? The charges were within minutes of one another.
The branch as well as the fraud department admitted that this should have been caught. I have been told for 2 weeks from the bank and the fraud department that the money would be returned to my account in 10 business days, now I am being told “we have no idea when your money will be returned to your account”.
The branch has stopped communicating with me on this and flat out told me it was my fault that I didn’t check the on line app daily!
The customer service i have received is DEPLORABLE let alone the money that was taken was entirely due to their less than up to par fraud protection programs.
How could the charges not have been caught?
