Customer service is satisfactory but I really didn't like the way they added the overdraft amount on my account. I wasn't even notified regarding those necessary changes. I moved to a new place and i tried changing address on my mobile application but they didn't verify it. Since I had 0 balance in my account i never thought that it would go -ve. I really didn't like the way they charged for those unnecessary overdrafts. I and my friends will never use the service of US Bank. I tried requesting to reduce the debt amount but they couldn't do anything.

I don't bank here, but I was able to sign a car over to someone else at this branch. I really enjoyed that I didn't have to deal with the DMV. It was fast and efficient.

I'd never leave US Bank but I'm never coming to this "branch" again. They are so slow and can not handle more than 2 people at a time. They also don't take unrolled change...Because they don't want to count it. Staff is friendly but is undermined by the slow speed and "policies".

It is printed on your website that you are open until 5pm on Saturday. You close at 4pm. This is banking not a fast food restaurant. I expect accurate information from a bank!

Yes, this is a bank branch, not just an ATM. Yes, they are located inside the Meijers, near the front door. Friendly people, fast service.
