I've been Going To Anderson Hill Dental Center for 2 or 3 years now. My Mom recommended them and I too would Recommend Them. My Dentist Is Stephan Adamson, He's Great, I love his personality and the way he explains things. I had always been so nervous about dental appointments, I mean major anxiety, I couldn't sleep the night before. Up until I found Stephan Anderson, just the thought of a visit to the dentist scared the hell out of me. I'm now relaxed before and during procedures I know he cares, he's very gentle, he always asks how I'm doing and as he knows that I like every detail explained, He lets me know what, when, and where so No Surprises, He's the Best! The Assistants and Hygienists there are Awesome and I so Adore the Ladies at the front Desk. Believe it or not, I actually look forward to going to the Dentist now. I Love Them All! I'm so happy I found my Forever Dentist (Please don't ever retire)... I hear Charles Harvey is pretty Awesome too as he's My Mom's Dentist, and she is very happy with his Care and his Work. She told me that she is so relaxed, she has almost fallen asleep during procedures. What? No Way I could ever imagine being That Relaxed. but maybe that's just me. P.S. it just occurred to me that if I give a high rating it might bring in more patients which will make it harder for me to make an appointment, so with that thought in mind I'd have to say "Yes they're alright I guess" ;) Sincerely and w/5 stars, Janelle

The technicians are very nice, thorough and helpful. However, I recently had an exam with Dr Harvey, which was not resolved after my visit. I called a few days after to say I was still in discomfort and was told that it would take a few weeks for things to start to feel better. After a few weeks went by I called again and said I really needed some assistance. I was told I would be called back after they spoke with the doctor. After two days of no contact I called a third time asking what was going on and what do I do. I was told to go somewhere else, they can't help me anymore. During my initial visit I was told by Dr Harvey that he could not take on any new clients which is totally fine, all I wanted was to be fixed. But the lack of response to a case that he took on and not having any desire to resolve it is extremely disappointing. I have always been understanding and respectful and to be brushed off like this is very upsetting to me. I am very disappointed in the lack of urgency to even just contact me back. Being brushed aside and hope I don't call again is such a horrible way to treat someone. At this point I do not even trust the doctors he referred me to, I will be doing this search on my own and hope I can find an office that respects their clients.

The staff there is AMAZING! I have never been so impressed with a dental office that I ran home after my appointment to write this review. The front desk was very helpful and friendly, as was as, all the dental staff, especially Dr. Adamson - he is an amazing dentist. I was quickly seen short after I sat in the chair. He was very understanding of my situation of my insurance being gone in two days. Me being a new patient, the appointment I had today was solely dedicated to X-rays, but he suggested he work through his lunch and get my cleaning done. He was very personable and I would recommend anyone to go to Anderson Hill Dental Center over any dental office in Kitsap County.
